Four signs of frozen food in the refrigerator should be disposed of

Almost all food can be stored in the refrigerator. Frozen foods safely consumed, however, but after being stored for a while, when cooked tastes will not be as good as when still fresh. Even though it is stored in the refrigerator in a way and the right temperature, sometimes there are foods that already can no longer be consumed or tastes have really changed. Here is a sign of frozen food in the refrigerator You’ve been awful to eat.

Change color.
Beef which changes color and has a dry part in gray or brown already no longer saves a lot of flavor. Similarly with other meats, such as chicken and fish that has changed color because of exposure to oxygen.

Changes the texture.
If the vegetables that crisp and textured now wilted, then the vegetables were not tasty if cooked into foods, though still safe for consumption.

The aroma is strange.
Trust Your sense of smell. If the food is stored too long in the fridge until the aroma becomes strange and no longer fresh, you better get rid of it.

Can’t remember when stored.
If you forget when you get food and when you keep it in the fridge, it is likely that food already frozen for too long. So don’t waste your time to cook it.
